How an appointment runs
Four steps, in this order
STEP I
Tell us what you're signing
Send the document name, how many signatures need a seal, and where you'd like to meet. We confirm the fee before you commit.
STEP II
Choose office, mobile, or online
Walk into the Missouri City office, pick a time and place for us to come to you, or take a link for a video session.
STEP III
Bring valid photo ID
Every signer needs an unexpired government ID, and every signer must be present. Leave the document unsigned — signatures happen in front of the notary.
STEP IV
Leave with it finished
We complete the certificate, apply the seal, log the act in our journal, and hand back — or send back — the executed document.
